The launch date of Honda’s new Amaze facelift is approaching. The company is going to launch it on December 4, 2024. Ahead of the launch, some of its photos have surfaced online. These spy shots show significant design updates with a sleeker profile and sharp details.
Its exterior includes a redesigned hexagonal front grille with a honeycomb pattern, sleeker LED headlamps with integrated DRLs, and a connected chrome strip above the grille. Other changes like a clamshell bonnet and large air dam are giving the new Amaze a modern and premium look.
Honda Amaze entered the Indian market in 2013. Since then it has been an important model of the company. Its second-gen model was launched in 2018. Now the 3rd gen model is about to come. It is believed that the company can include 10 features from its Elevate SUV in it. It will compete with models like Maruti Dzire, Hyundai Aura, and Tata Tigor in the market. The 2025 Honda Amaze will be get the 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder petrol engine, which will generate 90 hp of power and the 110 Nm of torque. A CNG variant is likely to join the lineup later. Unlike its competitor, the new Amaze will not have a diesel option, which shows the changes in petrol and optional fuel. Its current ex-showroom prices have between the Rs 7.3 lakh to Rs 10 lakh.

Larger touchscreen
The new Honda Amaze may borrow a larger 8-inch touchscreen from the Elevate, which supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The current Amaze has a 7-inch touchscreen.
Wireless charger
The updated Amaze may also borrow the wireless smartphone charger feature from the Elevate.
6 Airbags
The current Amaze only comes with dual front airbags, while the new Amaze will be offered with 6 airbags.
Instrument cluster
The upcoming sedan will feature a 7-inch semi-digital driver display. The current model features a multi-information display (MID).
Sunroof
Like the new Dzire, the Honda Amaze could have also be launched with the single-pane sunroof, which will be taken from the Honda Elevate car.
Lane watch camera
The Elevate comes with a lane watch camera, known as a blind spot monitor. Honda could offer this feature in the Amaze.
Updated sound system
Honda could also update the sound system of the new Amaze with a 6-speaker setup similar to the Elevate.
Rear AC vents
Another important feature in the new generation Amaze, which can be borrowed from Elevate, is the rear AC vents. This feature is available in all its competitors like Dzire, Hyundai Aura, and Tata Tigor.
Electronic Stability Control and ADAS
The Amaze is likely to get ESC and it could be the first subcompact sedan to come with ADAS.
