The upcoming Kia Siros SUV is confirmed to get a panoramic sunroof. It will be a fully electrical unit with voice control through the connected car system. This will be the second car to get a panoramic sunroof.
A glimpse of the second row of this car has already been received. Features like AC vents, center armrest, seat back pocket, and USB charging port have been revealed as part of the package.
The Siros is Kia’s fourth budget model for India, which fits between the Sonet and the Seltos. It is expected to use the same engine package as the Sonet, which means that it will be given 1.2-liter petrol, 1.0-liter GDi turbo petrol, and 1.5-liter diesel. All engine options can be available with MT and AT gearbox options.
Expected design and elements of Kia Siros
The photos of Kia Siros that have surfaced show it with a boxy look. Its interior will have more space than both Sonet and Seltos. The latest car has a clamshell bonnet, which starts above the headlights.
The shape and design of its headlamps and DRLs are inspired by the Kia EV9. The rear of the car has a vertical design of tail lights and a number plate is installed on the bumper.
In the new spy shots, details like LED DRLs on its front, clamshell bonnet design, front door-mounted ORVMs, dual-tone roof rails and alloy wheels, and a shark-fin antenna have been revealed.
At the same time, L-shaped LED lighting on both sides of the rear windshield, a high-mounted stop lamp, and a taillight on the bottom bumper are the main elements.
A 360-degree camera and ADAS will be available
Talking about the interior, Siros will come with premium features. This includes a 10.25-inch Seltos-like digital instrument display and a large infotainment touchscreen.
The car will get features like ventilated and powered front seats, drive modes, traction modes, a climate control system, leatherette upholstery, and Bose audio system, and a panoramic sunroof.
Based on previous spy shots, the interiors of the Siros B-SUV are expected to be equipped with a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, dual-tone upholstery, a 360-degree camera, and an ADAS suite.
