Honda is going to unveil the electric model of its country’s most popular scooter Activa this month. The company will remove all the curtains on it on November 27. According to sources related to the e-scooter, this electric scooter will perform at par with its ICE Honda Activa 110.
Also, it will be able to give a range of 100 km on a single charge. It is believed that it can also be offered with a swappable battery. So that charging becomes easier. Let us tell you that Activa is also the best-selling scooter in the country. In the Indian market, it will compete with TVS iQube, Ather 450X, Bajaj Chetak and Ola S1.
Design and Features
The company has not yet shared any official information about the Honda Activa electric scooter. Despite this, it is expected that it will be similar to its ICE model. The frame of the chassis of this electric scooter will be designed in such a way. This will be done so that the battery and motor can be easily fitted into it.
For suspension, the scooter can be given a telescopic fork at the front and a monoshock unit at the rear. At the same time, disc brakes can be given at the front wheel and drum brakes at the rear wheel for braking.

The company introduced its electric scooter at the 2023 Japan Mobility Show. It has been named SC e: Concept. This electric scooter looks very stylish. All the parts from its wheels to the seat and LED lights are winning the hearts of the customers.
At present it is not confirmed whether a similar model will be brought in the Indian market or not. It is also being seen as an electric version of Activa. The design of the Honda SC e: Electric Scooter clearly shows that it has been designed for daily travel in the city.
It has an LED light installed in the middle of the LED DRL at the front. All these are visible in the apron section of the scooter. Honda’s branding is visible inside this light. LED light is also provided on the front side of the handle. It also has a screen of about 7 inches. It is not known whether it is LED or TFT.
This screen is raised like a tablet. It is expected that all the details related to the electric scooter will be visible on it.
For example, much other information including trip meter, odometer, range, mode, time, date, weather, battery range, and battery charging will be visible on this screen. It can also be a touch panel.
