Tata Harrier and Safari are the first models to receive a 5-star safety rating in India NCAP. Along with safety, both these SUVs also have many great features. In such a situation, now the company has updated both these models. New ADAS features have been included in it along with new color options.

Harrier’s Adventure and Fearless trims are now available in Ash Gray color, which was previously available only in Smart and Pure trim. At the same time, the Seaweed Green shade, which was previously available only in Adventure trim, has now been included in the top-end Fearless variant as well.

The lower trims, Smart and Pure, will now also be available with Coral Red and Pebble Gray paint colors, which were previously available only in the high trim. The Lunar White paint scheme has now been made standard across the entire Harrier model lineup.

The Sunlit Yellow exterior shade is exclusively available on the top-end Fearless trim. Except for the entry-level Smart trim, Oberon Black color will also be available in the other three trims.

For the Tata Safari, the Smart and Pure trims get Galactic Sapphire and Stardust Ash colors. The High Adventure and Accomplished trims are now offered in the Lunar Slate shade, while the Supernova Copper color is offered on the top-end Accomplished trim. The Stellar Frost shade is available across all variants, while the Cosmic Gold shade will remain for the top-end trim.

Along with the new color options, the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) suite of the Tata Harrier and Safari SUVs has been updated with features like Lane Cantering Assist and Lane Keep Assist.

The updated ADAS suite will be available on the Adventure+, Fearless+, and Accomplished+ variants. Owners of the Harrier and Safari facelifts that were introduced in October last year can avail of this update at their nearest Tata dealership at no cost.

No other changes have been made to the Harrier and Safari. Both SUVs will continue to get the same 2.0-liter diesel engine, which generates 170bhp of power. It is paired with a manual or automatic gearbox. The Tata Harrier starts at Rs 14.99 lakh ex-showroom and the Tata Safari starts at Rs 15.49 lakh ex-showroom.
